Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using The Hinks Clinic website or booking any treatment. By accessing this website or booking an appointment, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. About Us
The Hinks Clinic is operated by Jack Hinks as a sole trader, providing sports therapy, injury rehabilitation and associated treatments from Chase Leisure Centre, Stafford Road, Cannock WS11 4AL. Contact: chaserecoveryhub@gmail.com.
2. Use of This Website
This website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate appointment bookings. You agree to use it lawfully and not to:
- Submit false or misleading information via any form
- Attempt to disrupt the operation of the website

3. Appointments and Bookings
All appointments are booked through our third-party booking system, JaneApp. When booking:
- You must provide accurate personal and health information relevant to your treatment
- You must be aged 18 or over, or have consent from a parent or guardian if under 18
- Appointment times are subject to availability and may change in exceptional circumstances
4. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full. Repeated late cancellations may result in prepayment being required for future bookings.
To cancel or reschedule, please use the link in your confirmation email or contact us directly at chaserecoveryhub@gmail.com.
5. Payment
Payment is required at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed. We accept card payment and bank transfer. Prices are displayed on our booking system and are subject to change with reasonable notice. Gift cards are non-refundable but transferable.
6. Health and Medical Disclaimer
Sports therapy and rehabilitation services are complementary healthcare services and do not constitute medical advice or replace the advice of a qualified medical professional. You should always consult your GP or a medical doctor for diagnosis or if you have concerns about your health.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete health information at the time of booking and at each appointment. Failure to disclose relevant health conditions may affect your treatment outcome and safety.
Treatment is provided at the client’s own risk. The Hinks Clinic accepts no liability for adverse reactions arising from inaccurate or withheld health information.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Hinks Clinic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fee paid for the specific treatment in question.
We do not guarantee that this website will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors or viruses. We recommend you use appropriate security software when browsing.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, is the property of The Hinks Clinic or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our prior written consent.
